Hello Mr. Dimmerman,

My landlord and I went to court back in December of 2010.The judge ordered me to pay the back rent and vacate the premises in 21 days.I took my landlord back to court for my security deposit. The court ordered the landlord to take the security deposit and minus it from the amount of rent. The lawyer froze my account. I tried to appeal it but the judge denied it. I am now trying to freeze my landlord account to get my money back. I also, contacted the court of common pleas to see if I can appeal.

Packer Township is a small Community in Weatherly,Pa Our home is located on Private Property along with siblings and parents. We have people that have their own access to their land, but would rather use ours. They are suing us for use of the road. Attorneys fees are mounting. What a shame that we have to spend a small fortune to keep others from infringing on our Private Road. We have small children, they are not used to any traffic coming thru our driveways.for the safety & welfare of our children we will fight. What A World We Live In. Your land is not even your own.

My family is now going thru legal actions being brought against them because people want to build a home and they do have their own access, but feel that it is a better & eaiser way to get to the property. They are suing for the right of way over our private land.this is being done by people that have family members in Zoning and Uncle On coucil of the Township of Packer. People suing has mother in law that works for the atty. We feel we are being Railroaded by these people. It is costing us hefty attorney's fees to try to protect our own private property. We have small children that never had to deal with any traffic along our driveway. for the safety & welfare of the children we will keep the fight going or until we run out of money. What a world we live in today. You have to fight to keep people off your own private property. This is not a nessescity for this road use only a convenience.

I was in the middle of filing for access to land-locked property that has been in my family since 1953, ownership changed and the old gentlemens's agreement was no longer honored. Based on this Sup.court decision, my lawyer advised to proceed no further in the process, as I had no chance of winning.

So ...land-locked property owners that at one time had a chance to gain access to their property are now screwed, with no recourse.

It's unfortunate that these types of deals go awry. The laws are so complicated, you have to have a lawyer to do anything nowadays.
