Criminal Law

Our Criminal practices is headed up by Gabriel. Olivia believes that every one is entitled to the best representation no matter their socio-economic status.  Her tenure at the Defender Association for the past six years has allowed her to provide quality representation to indigent adult and juvenile criminal defendants at all stages of the criminal justice process, including felony waiver, jury trials, municipal trials, bail hearings, preliminary hearings, pre-trial motions, sentencing hearings, violation of probation, and parole hearings.

Olivia Graduated from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington in 2004.  Among other awards, she received the distinction of Top Oralist.  She traveled to Paris where she participated in the Institute on International and Comparative Law.  She received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Los Angeles and taught high school and middle school students.
